The relationship between the amount added and the removal rate

From the above data, it can be inferred that as the amount of chemical added increases, residual ammonia nitrogen decreases. For example, if your treated wastewater contains 45 PPM of ammonia nitrogen and you want to reduce it below 15 PPM, it is recommended to add 0.4 kg per ton of water. Of course, since the ammonia nitrogen content in wastewater varies, the dosage also varies.
[How to Use]
1. Pilot procedure
Before normal use, you can now conduct a small-scale experiment in the laboratory. The method is as follows:
(1) Take a certain amount of wastewater to be treated, such as 500ML or 1L (which can be water from the sedimentation tank);
(2) Weigh a certain amount of ammonia nitrogen remover (such as 300PPM/400PPM/500PPM, etc.) and add it to the wastewater to be treated;
(3) Stir for about 6 minutes to allow the chemicals to fully react;
(4) Measure the residual ammonia nitrogen in the water.

2. On-site use:
(1) Adding points
· The reaction of ammonia nitrogen removal agents is extremely rapid, completing the reaction in about 6 minutes, and can directly treat wastewater with ammonia nitrogen exceedance
· Therefore, adding can be done in the sand filter or reflow tank after the sedimentation tank
· To ensure a complete reaction, aeration or stirring is required
 (2) Optimal dosage
· Since the ammonia nitrogen value of wastewater (raw water) varies, the amount added will vary depending on the ammonia nitrogen level;
· The optimal amount of wastewater is recommended to be determined through experiments and ultimately adjusted during use.
